A self-growing job-search machine I designed, built, and deployed. Seven discovery nets — my own application-confirmation email, my Sprout digest feed, the S&P 500, US unicorns, the YC AI directory, the GeekWire 200, a curated watchlist — catch new target companies daily. Connectors then pull every posting straight from each company's own ATS/career site every 30 minutes, filter and dedupe them, and score each role for fit against my background with an LLM. Freshness is the point — these surface here before they hit LinkedIn or Indeed.
